Born and raised in upstate New York, I have loved to travel the world and explore the most distant places. ​I have had such wonderful opportunities to visit so many regions of the world and as a retired Lieutenant Colonel with over 24 years of service in the United States Army, I have had the fortune to live and visit in places like China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Korea, Qatar, Panama, and Mongolia while learning to take breathtaking photos in these exotic locations. I try to seek out unique features and perspectives from around the world that capture the spectrum of nature and life.
